Delivery
Free UK delivery on every order with Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you need your poster sooner, faster paid postage options are shown with their prices at checkout, so you can choose the service that suits you.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- Royal Mail 2nd Class usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. Some remote areas may take a little longer.
- Every poster is carefully packed to protect it in the post.
- If your chosen postage service includes tracking, we will email you the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- Please check your delivery address carefully before you order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
- If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was refused, we may charge the postage cost to send it again.
Returns
Changed your mind?
You can cancel and return any standard poster within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us at info@retroprintsonline.co.uk first so we know it is on its way.
- Posters must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund a return that does not reach us.
- We refund the price of the poster within 14 days of receiving it back, to your original payment method. Paid premium postage is not refundable on a change-of-mind return.
- Custom Request posters are made to your own choice of album, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind (this does not affect your rights if one is faulty).
Damaged, faulty or wrong item?
Sorry about that! Please email info@retroprintsonline.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will send you a free replacement or a full refund, including postage.
